We regularly facilitate training & development /Internship throughout our main office (CRUX) by inviting in-house as well as external trainers to train on both soft and hard skills to those students who are in their last year of college/university and give them the opportunity to practically work at CRUX.
Training & Internship include training on supervisory skills, communication and conflict resolution, Finance, Accounting, and Managerial positions. We hope that through these programs we will help the younger generation successfully transition into the practical business world. -
CRUX Foundation is established as an independent body by CRUX in order to achieve its corporate social responsibility; by giving back to the communities. Through our Foundation; CRUX has helped thousands through emergency relief projects, social and community development projects, education grants for students.
